What is this tree?

My neighbor has this beautiful tree and

we would like to identify it. It has waxy leaves and we just found it full of berries. Any ideas?

It looks like a Cherry-laurel.

I looked online and a cherry laurel is a bush. This is a big tree as wide as it is tall and probably 20+ ft tall and wide. I'll put some closeups and see if that helps id this beautiful tree.

Possibly Portuguese Cherry-laurel? If you can take a piece with leaves and fruit to a nursery they should be able to identify it.
