What is this plants name

Have this for a year just wondering why the leaves are curled up and not opening been like that for months I try to unfurl one but no luck

This looks like a rubber plant to me, Ficus elastica robusta.

This is a Philodendron cv. The plant pictured is in a stressed condition, making it harder to identify the exact cultivar. It does look somewhat similar to P. erubescens 'Red Emerald'.
