What is the problem with this new plant?
Hmm. A couple years back I bought a mountain snow to keep indoors as a houseplant. The silly thing barely lasted a week. I don't know what I did wrong but I managed to kill it quite thoroughly. I did some research and it could be a couple issues. One... dry soil, check with your finger to see if there is some moisture at the roots. Two... Perhaps a little too much sun on the leaves? Is this plant getting more direct sunlight than the other five? Also someone mentioned soil acidity being beneficial to this plant. Apparently they like highly acidic soil, which probably explains why I killed mine so quickly. If the others are close by and doing well... perhaps it could be some type of blight or disease within that one plant. If that's the case, I wonder if the others are likely to catch it as well? Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but maybe some of this will help a bit. :)
