What is it?

It is said..."“A weed is but an unloved flower.” ― Ella Wheeler Wilcox". Ever since I first saw this "weed" in Alaska, I fell in love with it, hence in my World it could never be a "weed".

You'd think differently if you lived here @Meadowlark.

A plant/weed I'm nurturing in my garden is wild violets, they run riot too but they keep the neighbouring cats off my beds.

Maybe, but I doubt it. To me, it is a symbol of the "Great Land" that I love so much.
