What is eating my Cabbage leaves?

Just noticed some holes starting to form in the leaves of my cabbage. Have not witnessed any bugs or anything first hand yet, any idea what it could be? I have kale and lettuce planted close by and nothing seems to have started munching on those yet.

Probably young cabbage loopers. I would spray now with spinosad instead of later with Bt.
