It means you have privileges to access all member forums and functions. You obtain it with a threshold number of posts...something like 50 I believe.

The full access member thing just started early this year when the seed exchange sub forum was created. It was so new members couldn't just join and troll people out of seeds.. basically. The forum doesn't have a ton of active members so the seed exchange was kind of a flop.. but that and forum contests require a member to be full access to partake. Also I'm not sure but full access might also be needed to post pics.. some forums do that to prevent trolls and bots from joining and posting pics of things that are against forum rules.

Did you notice the joining date and number of posts. It could be something like 'Observe but don't say much.', which is fair enough.

You might be waiting a while for a response lol. My guess is they posted that thinking it was a different thread.. I've seen that happen now and then and probably have done it too by mistake.
