When you can't transplant in to your garden?

I have been using my old flower pots and then I found something new and different to transplant in till I can get these babies to the garden!

It's a wall paper tub.

They are about 30 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 6 inches deep.
They work great. Just don't over water your plants.d

Have you found something different to transplant into?
Any kind of plants.

Really almost anything will do as long as they are big enough to accommodate the plants that you are growing. Years ago I had a garden on my third floor porch and use five gallon Spackle buckets for the tomatoes. I drilled some holes in the bottom and planted them with smaller sized tomatoes, the larger varieties didn't seem to do well in the buckets. I also grew cukes, peppers, and a few other things, using whatever I could lay my hands on! The upshot was a good yield and my downstairs neighbor was happy because my excess water drained down to her plants. Be creative, its amazing what you can find to stick plants into.
