My missus halves them, sprinkles with olive oil and seasoning, then puts them in the bottom of a very low oven, then scrapes them out of their skins and puts into a freezer bag. Then when she makes pizza dough ... delicious.
The hot weather we are having is helping lots, doubled in size in a few days, soon we will have proper tomatoes rather than tasteless shop bought ones.

Got Slugs I think eating on my Peppers I just set out .

Repotted Spider Plants that were unruly and Root Bound.

Divided up some Snake Plants.

I’m going to quit selling and keep Mother Plants use cuttings off them way earlier.

I think I might of messed up I planted Borage and my mistake Nastrums.

I think I can do just as well with Mulch.

About how long in the oven and app temp @Oliver Buckle ?
I asked;
"Well, until they're done, very low, about gas mark 3, near the bottom, not on the bottom. Give them about an hour, so long as I remember I've put them in, depends a bit on how long I feel they need, how big are your tomatoes? I just put a drizzle of olive oil and smash the garlic with the rolling pin so it roasts without peeling it. I usually do it with the small tomatoes, when I scrape them out of the skins I don't get much, it might be better with big tomatoes if you have got enough."

Gas mark three = 320 F - 160C low in the oven, cook until done :)

I grew borage because of you. It was the first I had heard of it. I want to freeze some flowers in ice cubes just for fun.

I got 25 plants in the ground after starting 30 indoors. Transplanting them was interesting. They snap pretty easily. I kept hearing them snapping as I transplanted but it looks like they all took.

Got all of my tomatoes that I started early in the ground too. Pole beans have broke ground and peas are looking good.

Bought some pepper plants. Green peppers and hot peppers.

Got some delicate squash going from seed also.

Yes I think I’ll like Borage.

Lots of mine is Blooming. Put it around my Fruit Trees. I have been told Deer don’t like it and so far my Deer have been good.

We only raised Hot Peppers this year for many things.

Some plants I really like Basil, Marigolds and Onions.

I like Geraniums just outside Bugs don’t care for the smell.

My borage are nowhere close to blooming but my peas have flowers already. I thought I put them in to early but they survived the cold nights.

I bought a basil plant at Walmart and now have 4 plants with more in shot glasses of water. I love the fragrance. I walk around brushing my hands in it to put it in the air.

I bought a rosemary too and have a start from that also.

Peas don't mind a bit of cold. I planted some in buckets last September and kept them in my old greenhouse, which leaks like mad and is just a bit better than outside. They bloomed really early and we have been having peas for quite a while, this years Spring peas are flowering, like yours.

Pulled Nasturtiums out of my Raised Bed and planted couple Pepper Plants in it.

It rained all day so took it pretty easy. Friend of ours was looking at the same forecast of fair sunny day he was going to cut hay.

Always think of the alternative.

Harvested some Malabar Spinach for lunch today.

In case you aren't familar with it, "Malabar spinach is a heat-loving vining green—not a true spinach—but it delivers similar flavor with far better summer performance. It’s prized for its succulent leaves, high nutrient density, and ornamental beauty. "
