I’m not allowed to go outside for awhile because I have Pneumonia.

Went to my Cancer Doctor. He wanted to know if I was taking anything different? Yes RSO. Well quit taking it is messing up your Liver.

Went to ER couple days later and Doctor run Test. He said my Liver and Lyph Nodes are messed up because I have Pneumonia didn’t have a dang thing to do with RSO.

I’m still taking RSO and he was wanting me to have another Hormone Shot. I think I will cancel it.

I wish I liked to eat Kale the way I like certain other veggies...because it is so easy and so hardy to grow here. Four plants provide sufficient kale for us and the neighbors from fall through spring.

Today, harvested some for lunch and you can't even tell where the leaves were removed.

I will give that purple Kale a go next fall. You are correct...it is an incredibly tough, hardy plant.

Potted my leek seedlings individually. I put them in toilet rolls stood in 'margarine' tubs, six rolls stood on end per tub, then just fill everything up with compost. The roots grow through the cardboard, so I cn just pop the whole thing in a hole, did 36 of them. Been putting rubbish in old bags, and they have been accumulating, so walled around an odd bit of land and built a pile, mostly oak leaves, odd bits of wood from around the chopping block, a lot of fallen sticks from the oak tree, and a fair bit of wood ash. I'll give it a year or so and put it through the riddle, bury what doesn't go through and mulch with what does. compostable paper cups arrived today, going to be potting up tomato seedlings soon, dentist tomorrow. Started weeding out strawberry bed, but then it started raining.

Burning excess bamboo before the burn ban starts at the start of the rainy season

Got the new greenhouse finished and starting cool weather seeds

And planted these garden benches, had to move the wild sea oats you can see behind them and there were some Virginia fringe tree, rain tree and lacebark elms that had to move too

This was in Ky where the ground isn't frozen solid

@Tundra20 I ran across this subzero Kale and thought you might find it interesting. I did...and I'm going to use that in with cover crops for next fall/winter. The price is certainly right. 🤠
