
those look very goodI wish I liked to eat Kale the way I like certain other veggies...because it is so easy and so hardy to grow here. Four plants provide sufficient kale for us and the neighbors from fall through spring.
Today, harvested some for lunch and you can't even tell where the leaves were removed.

I will give that purple Kale a go next fall. You are correct...it is an incredibly tough, hardy plant.those look very good
i have to admit we nver have liked kale really my wife mabe a little but i started growing it here total different taste we love it the purple kale that is outside survived 8" ice 3 nights i know that was single digits mabe zero with windchills
