What’s wrong with my leaf on my Strelitzia? I can’t see any pests and it’s only on this leaf. The leaf unfolded last year and it’s just started looking like this the past month

No obvious bugs right now, so that’s good. Have there been any other new leaves after this one?. It looks like there were bugs, but now they’re gone. Check the newest leaves for critters and post any new developments.

Yes one new leaf after that one and it looks just fine.
