Weird dark brown streaks and spots on palm fronds please help!

Hi, about a month ago picked up two majesty palms they seemed fine at first and I planted them in pots. but recently i've noticed that one of the new fronds have weird brown tips with spots around the area where the brown stops. If someone could tell me what this is and how to fix it that would be great.
