Watermelons using flood irrigation

If any of you only receive your water via flood irrigation I would like to know if any of you with this experience have any OP varieties that you grow that will withstand this type of watering and tend not to rot out on the bottom. I have several that do better than others, but would appreciate any recommendations of other OPs. If you do not flood irrigate then please do not comment. Thanks
