Watering question. Saucers???

All of my plants are in black plastic pots and then inside decorative pots. The decorative pots I thought would not leak but they do! Do y’all use saucers? Do you take every plant individually to the sink to water? I know most plants like a good watering. I also see some people water their plants very lightly. I would love to grow my collection and not have to individually move them every time they need watering.
Any tips or advice would be highly appreciated!

I have a drain tray that I use to put my plants in while i water, I never let my plants set in water. I have 10 of these but I only use what i need on watering day.

I use ordinary saucers that stay with each plant but very careful when watering don't want them sitting in a lot of water all the time.
