Water spinach brown leaves

I'm growing water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica) using hydroponic method. Some leaves of the seedlings have just turned brown recently as seen in the picture below.

I am wondering if this is some kind of disease/ temperature causing it? Anyone know why?
