The online Estate Agents, Housetree have gone into Administration.

First I knew about it was my property had vanished from the Rightmove website.

I'm £500 out of pocket, some folk are at the exchanging contracts stage and have no way of contacting their buyers, they just are not answering the phone or responding to e mails.

Sorry to hear that zigs, that must be really frustrating for you. If they are in administration rather than liquidation then there may be a continuation of business by the administrators... but I guess if things are really bad then maybe not :(

Ah how awful! :(

Did you happen to pay via Credit Card, as you may be covered by your bank?

Cheers good people, they are in admin rather than liquidation at the moment, some talk that they may be taken over.

I've bombed off an email to my credit card provider Ian:)

Main thing is that I need to get the house sold, could have done without a hiccup like this.

Cheers Ian:)

Got a lady wanting to view on Monday, she knocked on the door after seeing the board I put up myself.
