I was in business for 27 years before retiring to our 2.5 acre piece of paradise. My hubby and I love to garden. We have been on many many garden tours including our county wide one, 2 years now.

Doesn't look like much but if you were here you would love it. Our whole front yard is on a hill so we made it gardens walkways and bridges.

That is an awesome idea!! (y) No trucking them back and forth from the shed, and keeps them out of the elements. That royal blue gazing ball is beautiful. Waretrop, you are going to be a bad influence, I can tell. "Great, more stuff I have to mow around" is already a popular refrain at my house! :ROFLMAO:

And ooh, what are the bright pink flowers behind the tortoise? :D

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Waretrop, @Esther Knapicius is a woman of few words. ;) (But lots of pictures!.) She meant she loves your hostas. She probably has at least half the same varieties in her garden! (y)

Esther ... I love it when I get to yank your chain a little. :sneaky: :p I never yank the chain of anyone I don't like.

@MaryMary So The pink flower is Mountain Pinks, I think. With a little octopus flower, Campanula, mixed in with it. LOL

This year we added blue water to our fountain. Usually we just put some floating water plants in it.

My old oak tree with mini hosta and mini iris around it. nothing is allowed to be more than 5 inches in this garden. If that happens, they get kicked out and relocated...

My husband lost his friend in Nam. He was a copter pilot and they never found him. So I had this piece of steel made for him. It has been getting good and rusty for 7 months. We added Nam boots and helmet. I will make a small plaque with his info in it one day.
