Eek, no leaves! Well I'm glad to see it's sprouting some. I guess it might be a Dendrobium, but hard to say.

This looks similar to Dendrobium aphyllum, a deciduous orchid (Orchidaceae) native to China, southeast Asia, and the Himalayas.
It's hard to judge the floral details, as the flowers are soaking wet and facing away from the camera, but some clones of this species do look similar. Also this is a species that produces plantlets (keikis) like what is shown in the second and third photos.
