Unknown Bug? Light issue

Hello All..

First time poster on the forum. Having a little trouble with identifying a leaf issue on a Kava plant.

I think it is a bug, but my lights are quite close as well be cause I am experimenting with some LED's and their effective range.

Please let me know what you think is the culprit.

Are the plants indoors? Do you have any photos of the underneath of the leaves?

If you can't see anything on the leaves, try submersing the pot and see what comes crawling out
