Two plants from Barbados

The first one is reddish - no idea its name..

Saw this wonderful hibiscus which, according to the grower, will be white in the morning, and then pink and in the evening it will be red.. Anybody knows its Latin name please?

The Hibiscus is Hibiscus mutablis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hibiscus_mutabilis
The other flower looks reminicent of a gerbera, but I don't know. I'll keep looking!
