Hello Charley, that looks like a Pyracantha plant and no the berries are not poisonous. They taste awful to me but the birds loves the berries. Those are awesome-looking plants you have. Thanks for posting.

Looks like Pyra to me also, it should have large thorns too, very good as a security fence.

Looks like pyracanth to me too, the berries are not poisonous, but can give you digestive problems if you eat a lot, spit the seeds out, they contain poisonous stuff, but in small amounts, you would probably be okay with the odd few.

That's a lovely ,big bush, the flowers attract lots of bees in Spring.

We have a Pyracantha or Firethorn near a garage at the bottom of the garden. Strong plant as it almost pulled some guttering down so I keep any new growth trained and pruned back in Autumn. Although good for birds before winter and blossom smells very sweet in Spring. Not recommended for eating as could cause a tummy ache. Apparently if cooked and made into a jam it is edible and very tasty. Never tried this though!
