Tomato wilting top leaves

Hi,

I have this tomato plant whose top leaves have started to wilt badly. Generally the plant and bottom leaves look quite healthy, the issue is with the top ones. Also the stem has like white fungus but not sure if these are the stem hairs.

I'm also noting top leaves wilting for my other tomato plants, though not yet as the one in the pictures.

They don't look too bad to me, might need a bit of support soon.

My concern is about this one most, it's too curled downward and it's not like "wilted", but rather stiff.

If it is still turgid I wouldn't worry. It looks like it is thriving.
