Hi all. I have one plant that I purchased , and was big with s few tomatoes already on it. My prob is that ive had 2 tomatoes start to ripen, and both had black sores on the underneath side, so I tossed them. I hadn't encountered this before. Any suggestions ? It was very wet a few weeks back, hadn't been overwhelmingly hot yet. Just a normal year after the rain we had.
I'm in indiana btw. Oh and the plant is very healthy looking , nice thick main stalk, im picking suckers off etc...

Sounds like BER. It's ok to cut off the mushy dark part and use the rest, though.

A lot of rain is hard on tomato plants. I feel your pain! We have had a very wet spring here too.
