I’ve had this happen a few times, in various different places that have never had tomatoes.. Infact the one I’m having a problem with now, is in a brand new kratky container. Brand new seed, not exposed to any other plants.. So here’s the problem, the bottom leaves are slowly turning a dark green and getting a little crunchy. There’s no yellowing nor spots, it starts at the edges, curls down and dries out.
Fertilize was maxigrow up til about a week ago when it started growing showing signs of buds, switched to maxibloom.
Tomato is dwarf red robin.
Apologies for the long post.

IMO your plant is showing way too much nitrogen. The fertilizer you are using, although organic, is really potent and easy to overfeed a plant with. And be careful with maxibloom. Too much P can also cause problems.

Thank you for the quick reply. We went ahead and gave it some regular water and will switch back to a even more diluted maxibloom, we were following the suggested 1 teaspoon per gallon but will try seeing how it goes with half. Tomatoes have always been the problem child for me, peppers and herbs though.. no problem.
