Does the sign board reflect light, it's hard to read?

It would be visible at night when car headlight fall on it, I guess.

It's not the best choice of colours, mind you, my camera didn't take the best pic in low light.

@zigs Is the bell ringing sometime?
If we talk about the blue board, then at least something should remind us of the blue sky among gray clouds, gray walls and graves?

Some of our churches have blue domes to remind us of purity and integrity.
(The sky, by the way, is not always blue, too))).
