Amazing, thanks so much for taking these photos! We (briefly) lived in the old brewery, and that stream ran through our back garden. This is the place (care of Google street view):
Had to move because it was too expensive. Shame because it was lovely, albeit a long drive to and from school. It's also a pity that my folks never had a party there - it would have literally been a p*ss up in a brewery!

Lovely place, stopped a local and asked about the shop, he said it was closed but told me where to find it.

More likely to be freemasons, bit of an expensive tomb for a pirate
