This is my first post, can you tell me what to do with my Thyme bush, it is about 4 years old and is very big and woody, there always seems to be flowers on it, should I cut it right back to virtually nothing?

Its normal lifespan is about 5 years. I would cut it back to soil level and let it regrow. You should get 3 or 4 more years by doing this. Take cuttings now just to be safe. This is my first post, can you tell me what to do with my Thyme bush, it is about 4 years old and is very big and woody, there always seems to be flowers on it, should I cut it right back to virtually nothing?
