Thuja issue

Hello,
Was wondering if any of the tree/shrub experts here could help me identify some browning on my thuja's. I located in Richmond VA and these trees where planted roughly 3 years ago.

I would think you have either sunscald or a pest infestation.

I have looked pretty close and can find no pest/worms. If its sunscald should I try just getting some more water to them? also should I trim the impacted branches back?
