The power of mulching!

Holy moly!

I finally added mulch to all of my plants in my balcony garden last week, and it's like night and day! The best part is, I haven't had to water them once since doing it! Nothing has even wilted, not even during the hottest part of the day! I just laid the mulch down and have been letting the rain do everything for me. The plants not only stopped wilting, they have started growing again and fruit/blossoms are picking up rapid speed.

You guys will remember my huge array of problems just last week. I'm just very surprised at the turn around from this simple solution.

I will forever be in debt to the mulch.

Really makes a big difference, doesn't it? Did you use wood chips?
I use wood chips in my perennial beds and mostly straw in the veggie garden.
