A lot of the fuzzy silvery/green leaves are turning yellow and dropping. Some of the branches have died out....
It's getting a little cold here, some frost in the morning but this started slowing happening since July. It's going threw my 5 year olds slowly but surely my 15 year old still looks fairly hardy....

If they are outdoor plants I would just leave them alone. You can keep the soil worked well around the base of the plant and keep it aerated with a hand cultivator but that's all.

If they are in large containers you may have a start of a problem.

Texas Sage is a plant that does not like a lot of water at one time. I had some 20+ years old and never watered, fed or did anything to the plant. I had a long rainy period and all of my sages did exactly what yours are doing. It ended up killing everything above ground. I thought it was over for them but the next year I had numerous shoots coming up from the roots 5 -10 feet from the original plant.
