Ok, I think next year this is going to be my ONLY cherry tomato! This thing is taking over this corner of the garden and actually shading out some other plants! It's A HEAVY producer giving a dozen or more per week (picked about 30 yesterday, but most were split pretty bad due to all the rain). Wife really enjoys the taste, so I'll call that a winner. I'm not sure if it's just that much more robust than the other varieties I have, or it just got an early start and is keeping the others back (probably too close).

Cor :)

If you freeze some, take the seeds out first as they become bitter in the freezer.

Or you could sun dry some :)

Cook whole, blend into a slurry, strain and free or can. It is pure juice and utilizes all.
31 August 2018 Tomato Juice (Pure Tomato Juice)

Fifty six pounds of tomatoes were picked and processed into pure tomato juice meaning nothing was added. The tomatoes were cooked in their own juice. The tomatoes were quartered and cooked about 20 minutes, made into a slurry with the hand blender, strained through a 5 mm mesh on the food mill to remove seeds. The food mill output was put through a Champion Juicer to get maximum nutriments. Fourteen liter jars were obtained for Pressure Canning at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature. Each liter jar has about 4 pounds of tomatoes. This is almost the end of the tomato season in my Zone 5.
