Strawberry winterizing how do I do it

We Have 3 Strawberry plant hanging baskets, and one in the ground. I made a video - https://youtu.be/Tn15ZjwzVcE

We have 2 small bales of straw here and I have a shelf in the basement I could set them on. The one in the ground, I will cover in straw,I will aslo do that with my raspberry plants I have planted in the ground.

We have never grown Strawberries or Raspberries before so help is need from you folks have done so
