Last year we planted some strawberries that did pretty well. We had a mild winter and they just kept growing.
Now there is a little offshoot outside their raised bed. Should I be concerned? I don't want them to spread all over and become a problem or choke out the wild strawberries....

They do that, pot up the runners and save them for replacements, Strawberry plants need replacing after 3 years or so as the productivity drops off :)
