Strange Leaves of Newly Planted Rose.

Hello,
I m from Northern India, Its starting of Winter here, temperature is max 23° Celsius and min is 13° Celsius. I planted a Grafted Rose about a Month ago, and I m not sure what's going with its Leaves. I looked around and I think its black spot in it's very early stage because it only appears on edges and only few leaves are infected(2nd image). Also I m seeing something strange on newly grown leaves(1st image). I wanna know what's wrong with leaves in these 2 photos.

Looks like leaf miners in the first photo, and some kind of insect damage in the second. The yellow tips might indicate root damage.

It's not root damage, it's just the leaves being attacked by insects, it won't damage the plant.i won't worry about it, it will out grow it.
