I haven't tried petunia seed yet. Good luck with them.

I did start some borage recently though. One seed per spot. Thats one packet of seed. So far so good.

I have another pack I might start outside when the weather is right.

Tomatoes, chili, sweet pepper and aubergine are my first off the block. I am probably too early for my tomatoes to get the best, but I get something early and take cuttings from them for later.

Well I planted some seed I feel I’m running behind on early stuff.

Don’t have light and Heat Pads over there just hope for the best.

I’ve always had trouble sprouting Petunia seeds.

So I took a few trying to sprout them in a Paper Towel.

I started petunias indoors last year and because the seeds were so small, I just sprinkled them on the soil and waited. :)
They grew and they were beautiful.

Well I’m selling individual plants so I have to keep them separate. I have found the Double Bloom isn’t very prolific but sure is pretty.

Another grower starts all his flowers in Paper Towels.

Going to wait on the warm season stuff.

Next year hopping to reseed most stuff. Thinking of cutting the mature plant down to bare soil letting it reseed.

My problem is after my crop is out I want to Mulch all with Straw. I’m wondering if it will still come up. I’m going to save some seed just in case.

I started a pack of borage in the middle of February knowing it was too early. Some didnt make it but a lot still have.
I transplanted 2 in some bigger pots the other day and they are doing really well. I have a bunch more of these pots that I want to move more to. Lighting is my biggest issue. I moved those 2 to another shelf with a different light and I think they like it. I might switch the plants and see what happens.

I have everything on my Petunias and Marigolds.

Heat Pads, Domes and Light 24/7.

We shall see.

Going to plant Chives, Shallots and Lavender in the Garden soon. Then Potatoes.

Wanting to plant peas outside soon, but the arm in a sling makes it a bit daunting, might start them off in pots and plant out later, easier to keep the mice from them as well.

Don’t hope for it to be permanent like mine.

Even in the Greenhouse it can be interesting. Fixed this year where my starting Trays are waist high.
