Starting a nursery in SW Washington

Hi there, so I'm really anxious/excited about starting a nursery, especially where I am because the climate is so great for plants. I'm looking for some beginner advice and guidance to get started. So far I'm checking out what's most popular on facebook marketplace, craigslist, offer up, etc. and I'm going to pick something to propagate/plant to sell locally and online. Also, what's good to plant over the next couple months here in zone 8b?
