Stargazer lily help

My Stargazer has come back every year for the ladt 7 years. But this year something has bitten it off flush to the ground before it could grow to 4 inches tall. Is there any chance I will see my Stargazer again?

There is a big chunk of life underground in a lily, I reckon it will survive barring further disasters, might take a while to get back to its full glory even with a bit of TLC though.
