We’ve had a lot of rain past 2 weeks and getting to much water. Looks like a fungus. Will it recover?

That looks like early stage powdery mildew. You can probably save the plants if you spray ASAP. Spray with either Neem Oil, baking soda or hydrogen peroxide.

I sprayed with baking soda yesterday. Is that a one and done or do I need to spray daily?

I'd do it every other day for about 2 weeks just to make sure. Especially if the weather doesn't cooperate. I had the same thing but mine was caused by super high humidity for days and days and that's what I did. When the humidity got back to something resembling normal I stopped spraying and the plants seem to be cured.
