Desperate for help identifying a couple of plant species from our project in South Africa recently (North-west province). We looked at the antimicrobial properties of some species and found exciting results. Would be very grateful fro some help!

The 1st and 3rd photos are both Pellaea calomelanos, a native fern in the Brake family (Pteridaceae).
The 2nd photo is Madagascar Periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus). Clearly, a cultivated plant.
The 4th photo remains unidentified, though the leaves do remind me of certain plants in the Mallow Family (Malvaceae).
