How to both use that 1ltr plastic bottle you know you can use it for something !!!! and not just bin it !!

'In the garden" But how & for what ???

If during the hot dry long days & evenings your toms seem to suffer from drying out or any of your plants, "even a short time after you've watered them,

It's more than likely the water you've just fed has evaporated away due to the ground being to hot,

Materials,
1 x plastic liter bottle, And thats all, :jawdrop::sick::sick:

What to do,
from the top approx 2 inch down all the way around the bottle, drill or punch (using meat scewer) approx the hole size needs to be small "lets say the size of a match head, or knitting needle pointed end, (you just want the water to drip out) very very slowly,

Next set of hole (same size heads) all the way around the bottle and 3inch down from your first row of holes,
Next the same again 3 inch from the above row of holes
Next continue making a circle's of holes (3 inch) distance all the way down the bottle until your apprx 1inch from the base of your bottle,
Now under the bottle make three holes only,

Now dig a hole to one side of your tomatoe or plant leaving soil betwwen the plant and then the bottle sides,
& deep enough so the top of the bottle is sticking out of the ground approx 1inch, "No top needed"

Place the complete plastic bottle down the hole and ensure soil is against all sides of the bottle, (this is we're we want the soil to get soaked)
place soil around the neck of the bottle leaving the very top as a filling hole,
Fill the bottle to the very top and just leave the water to drip away, the roots will stay moist a lot longer,
the bottle stays in the ground all summer and is ideal for night & day filling,
You can aslo use feed in the bottle and if you feed the plants this way the plant 's roots will get the feed instead of drying out.
