You have the worst luck! What you are seeing is the results of a caterpillar called a fruitworm. A moth flies in at night lays eggs on either the fruit or leaves and when the egg hatches the tiny caterpillar bores into the tomato and ruins it. The only thing I know of to do is to maintain a spray regimen of Bt. Cut open that tomato and I bet you will find the caterpillarView attachment 8952 One of my tomato plan has a few small tomatoes, but I notice that the start to rot and fall off.
