Silvery dot moving in soil fast

I have a Pilea money plant and it has some silver dot fast moving dot stuff in the soil. Any idea what it is and how to rid of ot(and how contaminated it is?)

Not sure if you can tell from these pictures as it is literally like a fast silvery white moving dot...

The only tiny "fast" moving bug I know of are soil mites. There are many different varieties, some are beneficial but most are not.
