Cut hedges, if you have them, as well as grass.
Southern hemisphere you must be in the perfect season to make some nice, cheery beds. If there are beds with bare earth give them a quick fork over, or hoe, so they are weed free. Clean the windows and wash the front door.

Don't spend any money on it. Just make it tidy, same as the house. Whoever buys it, will want put their own mark on it.
