Hi there everyone! My name is Liz and I live in New England with my 5 year old son (Davis) and my fiance (Matt). This year we are starting our first container garden on our front porch. Since we rent there isn't much room for gardening but we all love plants and I want my son to know how plants grow and where the produce at the grocery store comes from.
We started with radishes, carrots, basil, parsley, garlic chives and dill. Beans, tomatoes and sunflowers were added later and most recently we purchased lettuce, broccoli, cucumbers, more tomatoes and some flowers. So far it is going well and we keep wanting to add more!
