Sad fern

Help ! I’m adequately watering my fern when she’s dry and she’s getting mild amounts of sunlight. How can I fix her ):

Looking at the pot that's she's in is she sitting in water after you've watered her.
Nearly all plants die because of over watering.
Yours isn't the same fern but it should be the same care
