Ryobi RY252CS Gas Weed Trimmer: Install an Arbor?

Hi Gurus,

Is it possible to install an arbor on arbor less trimmer head? Also, please suggest non Ryobi trimmer head that you had good experience with.

Heads like the echo can use a refeeding system that uses a alignment of holes that go from one side all the way through to the other side. Once threaded, you wind up the string.I like that far better than the stihl heads I have for the ease of reloading. They are all bump heads. The stihls are gas and the echo is battery.
