Rubber plant(ficus elastica) disease

Hello!
I've received a rubber plant cuttings 10 days ago and i keep it in water. It had a brown spot since I received it but it seems to be scattering.
Do you know what is the problem?

Not sure about the spots that go all the way through but the ones on the bottom look like scale to me.

Someone told me that is blight. Do you agree?
By the way i cut off that leaf.
