Ok, so I just read the thread about the American view on the British, and since there are so many British people on here I am dying to know what you all think of the royal family. Princess Kate and Prince William are always plastered all over the tabloids around here, but are they really that popular in the UK?

They seem to be the modern trend of royal celebrities just like Prince Charles and Princess Diana were all over the tabloids in the past. I believe the media is all about young blood and would elaborate on little things just to sell.

It would be great to hear from those who live in the same country as they.
