I'm having some issues with a Rhodo that I have in my garden, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a fungal issue? Its possible that this could be stress as I haven't been that great with watering the past summer.
Also, if its a fungal issue, what is a solution? I've read that I can cut back to healthy leaves and remove any signs of spores/fungal issues.
