Hi there, I was hoping for some help from those who are more expert than me in the field. I have this plant, when I bought it it was really tiny and after a year it has grown a lot. I was wondering whether after one year in this tiny pot the time has come for a bigger pot? I’ve noticed that a few leaves are starting to go brown. I am not sure if the plant is suffering due to the small pot, or other causes, for example overwatering. Also, would anyone know what the species/name of this plant is? Thank you a lot for your help. I attach some photos.

Not sure, but I think it could be Peperomia caperata. It looks leggy whatever, and I suspect there may not be a drainage hole in the bottom of that pot ??
If there is no drainage, your plant will rot. Even if I got the ID wrong, lots of houseplant problems are to do with too much water during the winter months especially.
