Red stuff on peach tree leaves?

Hi,
We have some peach trees and I'v notices some sort of red stuff on it I don't know if its a bug or fungus. Can somebody help? I'v noticed It comes back every year.

Did you ever find out what it was? Without seeing a picture, my first guess would be rust. You can usually combat problems by removing the infected leaves or with a spray. The fact that it comes back every year suggests you may have an environmental issue.
